The Brigham Young University Chamber Orchestra will have a concert for the benefit of Caritas Manila to be held on May 16, 2017, 7pm at the Meralco Theater in Pasig City.
The benefit concert aims to gather funds for Caritas Manila to support its wide social services and development programs for the poor.
Under the baton of Professor Kory Katseanes, the BYU Chamber Orchestra consists of the finest musicians in the BYU Philharmonic. The orchestra represents BYU and the School of Music through international and national tours. Comprising approximately of 47 musicians, the orchestra is one of the most widely-traveled university orchestra having been performed throughout the U.S., Europe, and China.
Also, featured in the concert is Tim Pavino, a Filipino singer rose to fame after his stint in the Voice of the Philippines season 2.
