As the backbone of Servant Leadership, VOLUNTEERISM becomes a powerful means of engaging people to implement social services and development programs for the poor families in their communities. Caritas Manila works in, with, and through the Church's basic structural unit The Parish via one of the Church's main as sets the volunteer. the key to the successful implementation of Caritas Manila's programs is its strengthened parish social services and development ministries or PSSDM. Parish-based leaders and volunteers are trained to be effective and committed servant leaders. They are tasked to implement social services and development programs for poor families in their communities.
