Institute of Servant Leadership and Stewardship or ISLaS is the volunteer arm of Caritas which currently mobilizes around 2000 volunteers within the Archdiocese of Manila.
With Jesus as a model of Servant Leadership, parish-based leaders and volunteers undergo continuous training and values formation that mold them to become committed servant leaders.
Volunteerism, the backbone of servant leadership, enables us to efficiently and effectively implement various social services and development programs for poor families in their communities.
